I am in awe of all the possibilities and uses essential oils have. Sometimes I wonder why I have so many oils? Do you ever look at your oil stash and wonder why you have so many? Or maybe you wonder why you don’t have more! I then remember that there are billions of ways to use essential oils and don’t regret my stash at all.

Anxiety Recipes

If you are a regular reader of mine, you may have noticed that I have a couple blog post dealing with anxiety. It’s a big thing for me. And I like to know what works and doesn’t work when it comes to essential oils and anxiety. 

I have two anxiety blend that I use frequently. Once is in a 10ml roller ball and the other is a personal inhaler, which is my favorite way to use essential oils. 

My rollerball recipe is called “Calm” and I love the scent and how fast it helps me calm down when I’m dealing with anxious situations. I just roll it on my wrist and inhale the scent as needed. Massage Oil Blend and Personal perfume recipes

I never went to much into using essential oils purely for their scent. I was interested in what they could do for my mind and body. Each individual essential oil has health issues that it works at eliminating or at least helping reduce the suffering of any health ailment.

So, when I put together this massage oil blend its aroma took me away! For the first time I loved a combination of essential oils purely for their scent. I love it so much that I use it both for a massage oil and a personal perfume. It uses patchouli, vanilla, mandarin orange and ylang ylang.
