9 Spring Has Sprung Essential Oil Diffuser Blends

Spring has sprung! Or at least I hope it has for most of you. Where I live, Alaska, we still have a good month of “winter” left before we get to breakup (what us Alaskans call spring). But none the less I am thinking of spring. This post will share with you nine diffuser blends for spring.

Benefits Of Diffusing Essential Oils

First let discuss the benefits of diffusing essential oils. You may know that essential oils have many beneficial properties. Some provide a calming effect; others give you a boost of energy. Some might help you fall asleep faster, and others are great for anxiety or stress. But don’t let this stop you from diffusing your favorite scents.

If diffusing essential oils make you happy, don’t worry about what each essential oil can do for you. I love diffusing 3 drops of orange and 3 drops of peppermint together, just because. I also get the added benefit of the energizing effect both oils will give me.

Another reason to diffuse could be to help eliminate odors that might be in your home. Also, you may just want to add some ambiance to a dinner party or just for relaxing at the end of a long day.

  1. I have a question- can you take the recipe for a diffuser oil, add a carrier oil and use it in a roller bottle?

    Thank you
    I love your letters!
    Nancy

    1. Hi Nancy,
Yes you can, just reduce the drops down evenly so you are using about 4-6 drops total in your roller ball bottle. You don’t want the combination to be too strong for your skin. Enjoy!
